The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bet3in employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts associated with the Player may be closed and any balances forfeited without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes. bet3in accepts no liability for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated or inaccurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. bet3in will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. bet3in may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal or in response to certain account activity. Acceptable verification documents include a national identification card, passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be required in the form of a utility bill or bank statement dated within the preceding three months. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary Account restriction.

Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Wallet. bet3in is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes for verified Accounts transacting within normal parameters. Withdrawals to bank accounts or cards may take up to 3 business days. bet3in reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, which may extend processing times. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
All Wallet balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to Player funds. Any conversion costs arising from your payment provider converting a foreign currency to BDT before crediting bet3in are the sole responsibility of the Player.
bet3in does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from shared or unverified sources may be returned and your Account reviewed.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions made available on the bet3in Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal request is processed against the portion of your Wallet balance that includes or is derived from Bonus Funds.
bet3in employs monitoring systems to detect the following forms of bonus abuse, each of which constitutes a material breach of these Terms: creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; use of promotional funds in a manner designed to minimise risk and guarantee withdrawal (commonly referred to as "bonus arbitrage" or "matched betting" against the Platform's own odds); collusion between Players to exploit promotional mechanics; and any other strategy designed to extract value from promotions contrary to their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, bet3in reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the Account.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Wallet without compensation. It is your responsibility to track the validity period of any bonus credited to your Account.
All bets placed on the bet3in Platform are final once confirmed by the system. A bet is deemed confirmed when a unique bet reference number is issued and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your Wallet. It is your sole responsibility to verify the details of each bet before confirmation. bet3in will not accept requests to void or amend bets after confirmation except in circumstances expressly provided for under these Terms or applicable product-specific rules.
Odds are determined by bet3in's trading team and are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and bet3in does not guarantee that in-play bets will be accepted at the price displayed at the time of submission — the confirmed odds may differ. All results are determined by official sources for the relevant sport or event. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the decision of bet3in's trading team is final, subject to the review process described in Section 7.4.
bet3in reserves the right to void any bet where: an obvious pricing error has occurred; the event to which the bet relates has been cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in accordance with applicable sporting rules; there is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation affecting the integrity of the result; or technical errors have resulted in bets being accepted at impossible or clearly erroneous odds. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's Wallet.
If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with bet3in support within 72 hours of the settlement date by contacting [email protected] with your bet reference number and a clear description of the issue. bet3in will investigate and provide a written response within 5 business days. The decision reached following investigation is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet3in Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where applicable:

bet3in's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bet3in does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular game, market, or service will be continuously available. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. bet3in will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
bet3in reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; bet3in has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing; the Account holder has provided false information during registration or verification; or the continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the interests of other Players.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bet3in will process any eligible outstanding Wallet balance to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met the relevant wagering requirements. Account closure does not release you from obligations incurred prior to the closure date.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. bet3in will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and by its internal compliance obligations, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
bet3in reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
